After a refreshing tea, or coffee, served with warm croissants, you will learn the science behind this art and how to temper chocolate using marble block and scrapers to move the chocolate around, just like a professional, once you have tempered milk, white and dark chocolate, you’ll be taught how to use cocoa butter prints to create chocolate lollipops, chocolate shards with the addition of mint or orange oil, chocolate mendiant in different flavours, great for enjoying with friends after dinner.
