Event introduction by Kerry Witt with a welcome sparkling fruit cordial
A brief demonstration of creating milk chocolate truffles
You will then work individually to make 18 milk chocolate truffles
Whilst your truffles are setting, Kerry will demonstrate how to temper chocolate
You will then be tempering your own chocolate & this will be used to finish your truffles
Using this tempered chocolate, you will also be creating chocolate mendiants decorated with a transfer print on the underside. The top will be finished with pistachios & rose petals
You will then package your truffles in beautiful boxes, and the mendiants into clear bags & sealed

As well as a tasting tutorial, of different types of chocolate you will choose to make either milk, dark, or white chocolate truffles with a choice of flavoured ganache centres, these will include;
