Hen Party Chocolate Workshops.
Located in our custom made kitchen workshop just outside Lymington, we love to celebrate with brides and their girl gang groups of hens while learning how to make delicious luxury chocolate truffles.
There will be refreshments and Kerry will work with the bridesmaids to personalise the experience to suit the bride’s preferences, so feel free to contact Kerry directly to talk through your requirements. Chocolates can be taken home or eaten on the spot!
Hens Ideas - Option 1
Create exquisite gold-dusted chocolate treats that are as delicious as they are glamorous. Learn the art of tempering chocolate, decorating with edible gold dust, and creating show-stopping chocolate masterpieces.
Make 10 gold-dusted chocolate truffles
Learn how to make a scrumptious chocolate ganache for the centre of your chocolate truffles
Learn how to use a piping bag to fill your truffles with your chocolate centre
Learn how to temper chocolate
Package your truffles in beautiful boxes and tie them with ribbons. Welcome to bring your own alcoholic fizz.

A funfilled hour for those who love chocolate, Non-alcoholic refreshments are included, but you are welcome to bring your own Fizz!
£35 per person - 1 Hour- (Minimum of 6)
Includes:
Apron and all equipment provided. Chocolate creations are boxed to be taken home.
Parties are held at Chocolate HQ in Hordle, which can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults.
Alternatively, the party can be held in your home or at a location of your choice. Travel is free within a 10-mile radius with additional mileage charged at 45p per mile.
Hen Party Activities: Option 2
2 Hours
Price per person £55
Event introduction by Kerry Witt with a welcome sparkling fruit cordial
A brief demonstration of creating milk chocolate truffles
You will then work individually to make 18 milk chocolate truffles
Whilst your truffles are setting, Kerry will demonstrate how to temper chocolate
You will then be tempering your own chocolate & this will be used to finish your truffles
Using this tempered chocolate, you will also be creating chocolate mendiants decorated with a transfer print on the underside. The top will be finished with rose petals
You will then package your truffles in beautiful boxes, and the mendiants into clear bags & sealed.
