About Miss Witt…
Miss Witt, is based in The New Forest, Hampshire. She spent her childhood making sweet treats for her friends and family. Her career started early by winning school cake competitions. When she was just 16 she trained at Brockenhurst and Southampton City Colleges, studying Level 2 & 3 in Hospitality and Patisserie. In 1997 Miss Witt received the acclaimed title of ‘Student Chef of the Year’ for patisserie & then progressed to work as a Pastry Chef at several high profile venues, including Le Poussin (for Michelin star winner Alex Aitken), Bluebird Chelsea in London and Carey’s Manor in Brockenhurst, before creating Chocolate by Miss Witt in 2012.
