


Dessert Workshop for Kids - No Bake Raspberry Cheesecakes
Looking for a perfect summer activity for children? Our no-bake raspberry cheesecake class is an ideal way for kids to get creative in the kitchen! This hands-on dessert workshop teaches kids how to make their very own raspberry cheesecakes – a delicious and refreshing treat they can easily recreate at home during the holidays.
Each child will make and take home four individual raspberry cheesecake desserts, beautifully packed in a cake box.
In this class, children will learn:
How to make a crunchy biscuit base
How to prepare a smooth cheesecake filling
How to whisk cream by hand and identify the ‘soft peak’ stage
How to use a piping bag to divide the mixture evenly into four cups
How to top each cheesecake with a giant white chocolate button
The cheesecakes will be packed in a cake box to take home. Please note: as these desserts contain fresh cream, they must be refrigerated promptly. On warm days, we recommend bringing a cool box for safe transport home.

Children’s half term workshops are held in the production kitchen. It’s an intimate space and accommodates 5 children, so unfortunately it is not possible for parents to stay as well.

Alternatively, if you have travelled and plan to wait for your child, The Mill pub and restaurant is just a minutes drive from Chocolate HQ and is the perfect venue to enjoy a hot drink while you wait.
